skin salvation
suggestions for use this salve is suitable for all types of eczema, psoriosis and dry, itchy, sore skin conditions. it can be applied liberally to any part of the body as often as needed. apply thickly before bed to reduce night time itching. it is best to wear old pyjamas after applying as the salve can stain when used over time. take care not to spread the salve from one area of skin to another if the skin is infected. safe for use on babies and children. can be safely applied to any area of the body, including face, hands and scalp.
allergy advice we recommend customers patch test on an unaffected area before use (leave for 24 hours) as some people may be allergic to herbs, oils or beeswax.
ingredients olive fruit oil - calming and nourishing, anti-bacterial.
beeswax - a natural emulsifier. provides a protective base and keeps the skin moisturised.
safflower seed oil - soothing, excellent for sensitive skin.
hemp seed oil - extemely nourishing, moisturising, rich in essentialfatty acids (EFA's), which are often lacking with eczema and psoriasis suffers.
tinctures of
nettle - to reduce heat.
chickweed - to reduce itching.
calendula - for tissue regeneration.
camomile - to soothe the skin. three sizes are available: 30ml, 60ml and 120ml.
a child or adult with widespread eczema will need 120ml. smaller patches of eczema will need 60ml. a 30ml is often bought to sample the product and is very convenient to carry when away from home.
