Spray lightly around hairlines, knees, elbows and ankles. You'll get an instant tan that serves as a guide for even application and will darken considerably within 2 - 4 hours. Allow 30 minutes to dry before direct contact with clothes or water. In the morning shower off the excess colour allowing natural tan to show. Caution: This is a spray so contents under pressure.
